Complete the game with any mode.

Play 1000 versus mode matches.
Complete the game with every other player (I have not tried this one).

Pichu

Complete adventure mode as Mewtwo.
Play 200 versus mode matches.

Play 400 versus mode matches.
Play versus mode with all of the default characters.

Roy

Complete classic mode as Marth.
Play over 900 versus mode matches.

Young Link

Complete classic mode 9 times with different characters, and once with Link.
Play 500 versus mode matches.

Mushroom Kingdom II

Collect Birdo Trophy

Brinstar Depths, Fourside, Pokemon Floats, Big Blue

Play Melee mode repeatedly. After ever 50 Melee matches, one of these four stages is unlocked randomly. After that, a new stage randomly appears every 50 Melee matches until all four are unlocked.

Past Stage: Dream Land

Clear Target Test with all 25 characters.

Past Stage: Yoshi's Island

Set a Home Run Contest Record of more than 1,312 feet (400 meters) with any character.

Past Stage: Kongo Jungle

Survive the 15-Minute Melee (one of the 1-Player Multi-Man Melee modes) with anycharacter.

Special Stage: Battlefield

Clear All-Star mode with any character on any difficulty level.

Special Stage: Final Destination

Successfully complete all 51 Event Matches.

Flat Zone

Unlock Mr. Game & Watch.

Female Wire Frame - Unlock this trophy by Racking up 100 or more KOs in the Endless Melee.

Fighting Wire Frames - Unlock this trophy by surviving the 15-Minute Melee.

Crazy Hand - Unlock this trophy by completing Adventure Mode on Hard or Very Hard difficulty without continuing.

Master Hand - Unlock this trophy by completing Classic Mode on Hard or Very Hard difficulty without continuing.

Food - Unlock this trophy by completing 1,000 VS. Mode matches.

Maxim Tomato - Unlock this trophy by completing 10 VS. Mode matches.

Heart Container - Unlock this trophy by completing 100 VS. Mode matches.

Lip's Stick - Unlock this trophy by performing more than 20 combos in Training Mode.

Motion-Sensor bomb - Unlock this trophy by clearing Event Match 3 (Bomb-Fest).

Metal Box - Unlock this trophy by performing more than 10 combos in Training Mode.

Bunny Hood - Unlock this trophy by performing more then 125 combos (5 combos per character) with all the characters combined in Training Mode.

Smash Coins - Unlock this trophy by playing Coin Battle (Melee or Special Melee) more than 100 times.

Mew - Unlock this trophy by clearing All-Star mode on Hard or Very Hard difficulty.

Sudowoodo - Unlock this trophy by playing Melee, Tournament Melee, or any Special Melee (except for Camera and Stamina Melees) 200 times.

Unown - Unlock this trophy by setting a total combined home-Run Contest record of approximately 16,404 feet (5,000 meters).

Entei - Unlock this trophy by clearing Event Match 26 (Trophy Tussle 2).

Celebi - Unlock this trophy by unlocking Celebi (finding Celebi in a Pokeball)!

Lon Lon Milk - Unlock this trophy by reaching a total clear time for all the characters' Target Tests of less than 1,500 seconds (25 minutes; 1 minute per character).

Kirby Hat 4 - Unlock this trophy by unlocking all hidden characters except for Ganondorf, Roy, Pichu, Young Link, Dr. Mario, and Falco, or play Coin Battle 100 times.

Kirby Hat 5 - Unlcok this trophy by unlocking Ganondorf, Roy, pichu, young Link, Dr. Mario, and Falco.

Falcon Flyer - Unlock this trophy by playing Melee, Tournament Melee, or any Special Melees (except Camera and Stamina Melees) 150 times.

F-Zero Racers - Unlock this trophy by unlocking all of the Adventure Character Trophies.

Mute City - Unlock this trophy by gaining a total distance walked by all the characters to over 10,000 meters.

Kraid - Unlock this trophy by playing Melee, Tournament Melee, or Special Melee (except Camera and Stamina Melees) 50 times.

UFO - Unlock this trophy by playing Melee, Tournament Melee, or Special Melee (except Camera and Stamina Melees) 100 times.

Game & Watch - Unlock this trophy by clearing Event match 45 (Game & Watch forever!), or by playing over 200 VS. Mode matches.

Target - Unlock this trophy by clearing Target Test with all 25 characters.

Sandbag - Unlock this trophy by setting a record of over 984 feet, approximately (300 meters) in Home-Run Contest with any character.

Battlefield - unlock this trophy by clearing All-Star Mode (for the first time, with any character).

Final Destination - unlock this trophy by clearing Even Match 51(The Showdown).

Goomba - unlock this trophy by clearing Event Match 14 (Trophy Tussle 1).

Paper Mario - unlock this trophy by setting a record of approximately 1,476 feet (450 meters) in Home-Run Contest with any character.

Wario - Unlock this trophy by clearing the All-Star Mode without continuing.

Marin - unlock this trophy by unlodking the Sound Test!

Majora's Mask - unlock this trophy by clearing Event Match 47 (Trophy Tussle 3).

Landmaster Tank - Unlock this trophy by totaling up more than 1,000 KOs with all the characters.

Wolfen - Unlock this trophy by clearing Adventure Mode with any character at any difficulty in less than 1,100 seconds (18 minutes 20 seconds).
