I can't help but notice the low activity (I know, where have I been right?). I have been busy doing multiple things such as working night shift, establishing a bit of a writing niche on certain websites and even made a forum. The forum creation thing is a long story, but basically we got kicked off a site by a video game company when they closed their off-topic section. I'm not here about that or to try to recruit for that forum (I stepped down from my adminship as I couldn't handle the stress). I am here out of both nostalgia and because I've been trying to think of a way to restore activity, and to be honest, I am drawing nothing but blanks. I've thought about this long and hard and I have come to think that this state was inevitable. Most of the people I knew during my time here are probably in their 20's (24 here) with families or much going on in their lives. I also feel like Facebook has pretty much killed off forums in general, which sucks because I hate Facebook and prefer forums. So, I kind of thought that maybe the next best thing would be trying to keep what's left of us together? We could try forming a group on Steam. I am basing that off the presumption that everyone here has a Steam account and is majorly into video games still.
I'm not saying close the forums and everyone vacate to Steam, don't think that's what I am saying or implying. I just think that it would be a nice little way that we could stay together. I mean no disrespect to Supertoad and am not trying to cause trouble on here. Those days are far behind me and I am sorry for them (I know I've said that I few times over the years, but I really wish I could take that back and have been more productive back then). Thoughts or other ideas?
